McMillan Project Services Limited can provide both on-site construction management and project engineering services. This could be as simple as managing and monitoring construction progress on a new greenfield site, or alternatively managing a full suite of long term engineering changes on a mature brownfield installation.
We specialise in taking on difficult scopes of work and driving them to completion, particularly those that are high profile and/ or a worry to the client.
Office Based Services
McMillan Project Services Limited can provide a high level of both project engineering and construction management services in a design office environment.
From being the client contact for the conceptual stage and being responsible for the study report and deliverables, to arranging the close-out of the project e.g. complete as-built document handover we can provide a high level of service.
Other Services
McMillan Project Services Limited can provide general engineering advice and project engineering/ construction management advice for other sectors on request.
